Cullen’s large green lentils can be eaten right out of the can. Because Cullen’s uses no additives whatsoever (no colourants, firming agents, salt, etc.) our lentils have a fresh taste similar to a green pea on their own. Alternatively, add them to any recipe and they readily absorb rich flavours.
