Add 3 tablespoons of our salad mix to jar, fill
the jar half full of water, add 1 oz of 3% Food Grade
Hydrogen Peroxide to sanitize the seeds and let set on
your counter overnight. The next day strain off water,
rinse seeds and set jar into a bowl at a 45 degree angle to allow water to drain out. Rinse this same way for the next 3-4days and you are then ready to harvest. Add to you favorite salad or on sandwiches. Store finished sprouts in the refrigerator. It is this easy to produce quality greens and nutrition that you have complete control over.
