Our certified organic coconut flour is made from ground coconut meat and is an excellent high-fiber alternative to wheat. It has the highest fiber content of any flour and a very low concentration of digestible carbohydrates, making it an excellent choice for those who must restrict their carbohydrate intake. Coconut flour is a great choice for people with celiac disease who need gluten-free, high-fibre foods.
Coconut flour can be used to make breads, cakes, pies, and other baked goods. Use 15 – 25% in place of other flours in standard recipes, or use 100% coconut flour to create a variety of delicious goods by following specially formulated recipes. Use over cereal, yogurt, shakes, smoothies, dips or to thicken gravies.
