Soak from 2 to 12 hrs in order to start the sprouting process. Rinse and drain 2 times per day(for approx 3-4 days) draining as much water off as possible (that is one of the keys to growing great sprouts of all kinds) taste your crop as your soaked seeds are alive and nutritious. After soaking they are now without the enzyme inhibitors. You can choose to eat them raw or slightly steamed.
