First, you should shake well before use.

Next, gently unscrew the top and then use the dropper to get some CBD oil from the bottle. Do this till you have the right amount needed. Next, once you have the desired amount of CBD oil in the dropper, put it under your tongue and let it sit for 30 seconds before you swallow or let it wash over the rest of your mouth. (Under the tongue is a good place for the oil as it can get quickly absorbed by the mucous membranes).

Use as needed throughout the day. Many prefer to use it in the morning or at night. Choose a routine that works best for you.
