Produces a spicy and beautiful Microgreen and sprout. Radish sprouts produce more BTU's of heat than the mature radish bulb and is wonderful for the entire intestinal tract. Radish sprouts are anti-putrefactive and antiseptic. Vitamins; A,B,C,E & K.  Soak time 4-6 hours. Days to Sprout 4-5, Microgreen 10-12.  1 tbsp of dry seed yields approx 3-4 cups of sprouts.
