Essential oils are for topical use only.
All of the essential oils in the Nature’s Alchemy are pure essential oils with the Exception of sandalwood essence which is sandalwood and jojoba. All other oils are 100% pure oils.
These 100% natural essential oils are meticulously extracted from plants by cold pressing or steam distillation using the same techniques developed by the medieval Persian physician Avicenna. All Natures Alchemy high-quality botanical oils are scientifically tested for purity and contain no chemical solvents, added alcohol or other extenders.
We are not practitioners therefore we cannot provide any support for the use of any of the oils.

Head ache Relief: 30 drops of peppermint 10 drops of frankincense 10 drops of wintergreen 10 drops of birch 10 drops of lavender Combine in 10ml roller bottle top off with coconut oil.	Sleep Aid Relief: 15 drops lavender 10 drops Vetivert 5 drops frankincense 5 drops ylang ylang 5 drops orange or mandarin Combine in 10ml roller bottle top off with coconut oil

Skin Softener Scrub: 1/2 cup sea salt 1 1/2 tsp olive oil 4-5 drops lavender oil Apply with smooth strokes and rinse
