Orders are shipped only within Canada & USA.
Shipping charges are the same from 1 lb to 10 lbs with CANPAR.

IF YOU WILL BE HOME
*The courier will require a household signature on the delivery of your package. If you are not available for a signature; please leave a signed note on the door allowing the delivery person to leave the package at your door, otherwise your order will be returned to our warehouse.
IF YOU WILL NOT BE AT HOME
Please type “NSR (no signature required) leave at front door” in the Special Instructions box on the Cart page. If you would like your package left in a location other than your front door at your address, please specify. Your order will then be left without a signature required.
SPROUT MASTER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISSING PACKAGES AFTER DELIVERY, WHEN NSR (NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED) IS REQUESTED. IF YOU ARE IN AN AREA WHERE THEFT MAY BE A POSSIBILITY, OR YOU ARE UNSURE, PLEASE REQUEST DELIVERY WITH A SIGNATURE.
Delivery Time - Our delivery time is within 2 working (business) days from the order date and the shipping time depends on the delivery method and province in which it needs to be delivered to.
Canada Post Deliveries:
Shipping charges with Canada Post are by weight and dimension, delivery time is approx 4-6 days
