  • What is your return policy?

    28 day return policy.

    Ship any unopened seed or equipment back to us for a full refund. (You will need to cover the cost of return shipping).

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Refer to the estimate shipping button on our website during checkout for exact pricing and options.

  • Do you have a storefront I can visit?

    We are strictly an online business and hope to move forward with a Brick and Mortar store in the future.

  • What is your Guarantee?

    We guarantee that our seeds will sprout well for 1 year after purchase, if stored in a cool, dry place. (Seeds stored in the fridge or freezer may even last longer than a year!)  If your sprouting seed is not growing the way it should? Please let us know right away and we’ll help you troubleshoot.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    We ship within Canada only with your choice of Canpar courier or via Canada Post. We try to process and ship orders within two business days, for next day delivery with Canpar, and 2-3 business days with Canada Post, within Ontario. Expect longer delivery to outside provinces of 2-3 days more.
