Ruby Stem Radish is easy to sprout 4-5 days in a jar/easy sprouter or 10-12 days as a Microgreen.
- Radish is an excellent source of fibre, vitamin A,B,E, K and folate.
- Boost immune function – radish sprouts are an excellent source of vitamin C, which helps enhance resistance to disease.
- Cancer fighting – radish sprouts contain lignin which can enhance the activity of macrophages (cells that attack foreign invaders of the body).
