Ingredients
Basmati Rice, Organic Sprouted Lentils, Organic Sprouted Mung Beans, Sundried Tomatoes, Leek Flakes, Red Bell Pepper, Green Olive, Minced Garlic
Cooking Instructions
Combine 1 cup (250 mL) Mediterranean-Style Basmati Rice with 2 cups (500 mL) water in medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil over high heat then reduce heat to medium- low. Cover and simmer 11-14minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat. Stir in oil or butter, add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and let rest 7 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
