Curled cress is very similar to its cousin watercress except for its size. Although gelatinous, its larger size makes it easier to sprout. The piquant taste is extraordinary in this sprout.
Use clay saucer method, the top of a sprout bag
or in natural bamboo baskets.
Use 4 parts other seed to 1 part cress if mixing with other seeds
Produces 1”-1 1/2” sprout in 4-5 days.
