This seed was first used as food by the Native people of North America. Today, they are used worldwide for many purposes. The hulled seeds are best used for short sprouts which can be blended to make a dairy-less milk. Filled with protein, fats (good ones), vitamin E and many other essential nutrients.
We recommend refrigeration.
